• Our UQSHA Hats are 100% handwoven “Paja Toquilla Hat” made in Ecuador, we work hard to bring our customers the best quality ~ GENUINE Panama hat. Please keep in mind that each Panama hat is handcrafted and it could take from 96 hours to 5800 hours to be complete.
• Estimated shipping time varies according to each item, for the most part the item will be shipped out in 2-3 days from the day of purchase. And estimated delivery time varies according to destination.
• If your hat is custom made it could take up to 2-3 weeks since we will specifically handweaving the hat for you, depending on the Hat , shipping cost will be customer responsibility.
• Rush orders are available with an extra charge, depending on the order.
• UQSHA will accept, for return on exchange, items that are in NEW condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, return your item within 72 hours from receipt of the original order.
• WRONG SIZE- . If the hat is too big or too small, we will make sure to work with you, we will exchange it. The hat MUST be returned with all UQSHA tags attached, NEW condition, unworn, unaltered, free of damages by the customer and must be in it’s original packaging if applicable. Customer will be responsible for shipping cost.
• CUSTOM STYLE – Any custom hat is made to customer’s request and all customs hats are not returnable.
• CHANGE OF MIND – If for any reason you decided you don’t want the hat, you NEED to Contact us within 24 hours from the day you received the hat. The hat MUST be returned with all UQSHA tags attached, NEW condition, unworn, unaltered, free of damages by the customer and must be in it’s original packaging if applicable. There will be a restock fee ($50-$70) depending on the style/Collection hat plus shipping.
• DAMAGED in TRANSPORT – If the box is damaged and it affected your hat you need to contact the carrier to file a report. It won’t be our responsibility at that point. Every shipment is insured.
• UQSHA hat cannot be returned or exchanged after 72 hours of the original order/purchase, this is why It’s important for our client to communicate with us. Customer service is a priority for UQSHA, we value our customers and we will make sure to help each one of you in the best possible way.
• All shipping fee or cost are responsibility of the customer. All return need to be insured with a delivery confirmation number or track number for verification.
